Handpicked & destemmed.
Whole berry fermented with soft plunges. 
Basket pressed into barrel and left to finish for 12 months.
 
The addictive nature of Malbec should be advised. 
 
Deep berry fruits, cassis and plum on the nose. Lovely bright palate with soft tannins and succulent savoury finish.
