PINOT GRIGIO. 
 
Made ramato style. 
A style traditionally made in the Friuli region of Northern Italy. 
Soft & gentle  contact with skins to produce a copper coloured wine with added complexity, texture & structure. 
 
This wine was cold coaked & pressed gently. Fermented in barrel and left to  fine for 6 months before bottling. 
 
Fresh & tart green apple on the nose, with soft notes of pink flowers and musk.
The palate is all Blood orange & persimmon, succulent and moreish. 
 
Drink all spring, summer & with schnitzel for an exquisite affair.
